Carrot Cake Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 Cup unsweetened almond milk

1 tbsp almond butter

1 scoop plant protein powder – Amazing Grass is a good brand

1/2 frozen banana

1 tsp cinnamon

3 carrots, shredded

Blend and enjoy!  For a slushier consistency add a few cubes of ice to the blender while blending.
